Weston has provided emissions compliance testing services to a hazardous waste combustion facility for nearly 20 years.
Weston performs all of the emissions compliance testing on the hazardous waste incinerator at our valued client’s hazardous waste combustion facility. The testing was performed to satisfy “EPAs Hazardous Waste Combustor (HWC) Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) Standards of Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 63, Subpart EEE.”
Testing involves a Comprehensive Performance Test and a Confirmatory Performance Test. These tests are performed every 5 years. In addition, Weston performs the annual Relative Accuracy Test Audits and quarterly Absolute Calibration Audits on the incinerator’s continuous emissions monitoring system.
Weston has also performed the required emissions compliance test on the facility boilers. This testing is required to comply with the facility Plantwide Applicability Limit (PAL) Permit.
All testing on the incinerator and boilers has been performed under the observation and approval of the state environmental regulatory agency.
The results continue to show compliance with EPA, EEE, and PAL Permit limits, allowing the facility to continue operating the incinerator and boilers in an environmentally compliant manner.
