West Chester, PA (October 16, 2026)— Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston) has secured positions on two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), expanding the company’s ability to support critical infrastructure projects at Department of Defense installations nationwide.
Weston was awarded an Unrestricted ERCIP MATOC and, through Bering-Weston JV, LLC, was also awarded a position on the Small Business ERCIP MATOC. The 10-year contract vehicle carries a ceiling value of $2B.
The ERCIP MATOCs provide a contracting platform for executing design-build and design-bid-build construction projects that enhance energy and water resilience, strengthen energy security, improve operational readiness, and support mission-critical infrastructure at U.S. Army and Army Reserve installations nationwide. Through these contracts, Weston will deliver electrical system upgrades, emergency power generation systems, microgrids, renewal energy and battery energy storage systems, and other resiliency improvements that help installations operate more efficiently, reliably, and securely while ensuring continuity of critical operations.
“These awards create an opportunity for Weston to support critical infrastructure investments that strengthen energy resilience and mission effectiveness across military installations,” said Suraj Shankar, Operations Manager. “We appreciate the trust placed in our team and are committed to delivering solutions that enhance the reliability and security of essential operations.”
These awards build on Weston’s long-standing partnership with USACE and further expand the company’s portfolio of federal infrastructure, energy, and environmental programs.
