West Chester, PA (July 1, 2024)— Weston Solutions, Inc. would like to celebrate our developing project managers who recently completed essential training programs for top-tier performance and success – through the Project Manager in Training (PMIT) V Cohort.
The PMIT V Cohort recently celebrated their graduation at a memorable ceremony in Denver, marking the culmination of an enriching 8-month journey. This program combined in-person and virtual sessions, during a rigorous program, which equipped the graduates with essential project management skills and knowledge. Their dedication and hard work throughout the program are a testament to their commitment and perseverance.
The PMIT program is designed to offer aspiring project managers a holistic learning experience. Participants benefit from interactions with experienced professionals, on-the-job opportunities, and collaborative learning with fellow PMIT members. The blend of in-person workshops and virtual sessions ensures that graduates are well-prepared to face real-world challenges and deliver great project results for all stakeholders.
The celebration extended beyond the graduates to include nine dedicated coaches who played a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the Cohort. Their expertise and support were instrumental in shaping these future project managers.
Summer McCool, Talent Manager, stated, “We at Weston continue to be amazed at the talent within our organization. The PMIT V Cohort blew us away with their commitment and dedication to their learning journey. It’s an honor to walk alongside each of them as they progress along their careers.”
Congratulations to all our graduates and heartfelt thanks to our incredible coaches! Your achievements and contributions make us proud.
