West Chester, PA (November 16 2023)—CAPE-Weston JV, LLC (CAPE-Weston) wins Rapid Response Small Business Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Rapid Response/Immediate Response/Emergency Response (RR/IR/ER), Environmental Remediation (ERS) Services and other Mission Related Support Services under USACE Omaha District. This contract has a 3-year period of performance with a 4-year optional ordering period with a value of $95M.
Services under this contract will fulfill requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Emerging Contaminate Program; the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP), Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act as well as other Federal, State and Local programs for rapid response, environmental response, and remediation services related to hazardous waste management/disposal, radioactive waste/mixed waste management/disposal, Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), other fuels related issues, both regulated and non-regulated toxic substances, emerging contaminants.
Our JV consists of two USACE-proven businesses with 26 years of experience working together on 32 projects totaling more than $235M. With this longstanding relationship, CAPE-Weston is ready to support USACE and their customers on mission critical projects to eliminate threat to human life, public health, and the environment.
