Appointment continues Federal East leadership as Greg Daloisio steps into Chief Operating Officer role
WEST CHESTER, PA (October 7, 2026) — Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston), a U.S.-based, 100% employee-owned environmental and infrastructure services firm, has named Jeremy “Jay” Harman Federal East Regional Client Operations Director. In this role, he will lead business development, operations, and success for federal clients across the eastern United States. Jay succeeds Greg Daloisio, who became Weston’s Chief Operating Officer on October 1, 2026.
Since joining Weston in August 2026, Jay has worked alongside Greg to learn the business, build relationships with the region’s clients, and support a smooth leadership transition. He now assumes full responsibility for the region.
“Jay brings a proven record of growing government services organizations and building strong client relationships. He has spent the past few months getting to know our teams and programs, and he is ready to build on their success and lead the Federal East region forward.” said Greg Daloisio, Chief Operating Officer.
Jay brings more than 20 years of experience leading and growing government services organizations worldwide. He has directed operations with up to 2,500 employees and $124 million in annual revenue, secured more than $300 million in new contracts, and delivered revenue and profitability growth. His experience spans federal, state, and commercial clients, supported by a record of building high-performing teams. Before joining Weston, he served as Senior Vice President at Versar Global Solutions.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting. He is based in Greenville, South Carolina.
