New location strengthens local support for NYC-area clients and expands capabilities in industrial hygiene, indoor air quality, and hazardous materials consulting
NEW YORK, N.Y. — (January 29, 2026) — Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston), a U.S.-based, 100% employee-owned environmental and infrastructure services firm, today announced the opening of its New York City office located at The Chanin Building, 122 East 42nd Street, Suite 438, New York, NY 10168. The new office marks Weston’s return to the local New York City market, enabling closer, on-the-ground collaboration with clients across the five boroughs and the greater metro region.
Weston’s New York office will support organizations seeking a local partner for industrial hygiene and building sciences, indoor air quality and mold assessment, and asbestos and hazardous materials consulting, while providing access to Weston’s full breadth of services across environmental, health & safety (EH&S); site investigation and remediation; and infrastructure improvement and construction services. This expansion reflects continued demand for responsive local expertise paired with the depth of a full-service team.

The office will be led by CJ Cortalano, VP Business Team Leader, National Private Sector, who is based in New York City and brings more than 20 years of EH&S experience. Additionally, the office will be anchored by two recent New York-area hires: Jim Grond, CIH, Client Service Director; and Maribel Enriquez, Project Leader. Together, they bring over 40 years of combined experience supporting the NYC metro market, with a focus on commercial and residential real estate owners and operators, developers, and property teams navigating complex building and renovation environments.
