Matt Beatty has more than three decades of experience in operations management, technology commercialization, quality assurance, and environmental programs in both the federal and private sectors. He joined Weston in 1991 and served as a Vice President, Operations Manager for 13 years before assuming his current role leading the company’s federal operations in the eastern U.S. Throughout his Weston tenure, he has procured and executed numerous fixed priced and performance-based contracts; lead the operations of multi-disciplined organizations performing myriad environmental services; and provided readiness and training for ISO 9000 certification and total quality management program implementation. Matt’s prior experience includes stints with Rollins Environmental Services and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Philadelphia District where he served as a C.O.R. in the Army’s Superfund Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
