Larry Bove, P.E. was named Weston’s President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2022, bringing with him more than four decades of environmental engineering and design, project management, and regulatory compliance experience. Throughout his long career at Weston, he has served the company in multiple key leadership roles, starting as a project engineer in 1983, supporting the treatment of hazardous waste. He shifted his career focus to business operations in the late 1990s with assignments such as a Profit Center and Division Manager, and as Chief Operating Officer from 2014-2021. During that time, Larry led a team that improved the company’s cash position by over $100M and tripled the company’s enterprise value. Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Professional Engineer registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
