Jon Brownstein has over 30 years of experience leading and developing integrated, multi-service business operations and supporting complex programs for federal, state, and local agencies, and private sector clients. His philosophy for success is based on growth-oriented strategic planning, organizational transformation, and operational excellence. Jon is a passionate advisor, business leader, engineer, and scientist driven by a clarity of vision and purpose. He served as Vice President and Business Unit Director at EA Engineering, Science and Technology, Inc., PBC; Senior Vice President at AKRF, Inc.; and Senior Vice President and Managing Principal, Professional Services at The British Standards Institute. Jon earned a bachelor’s and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Coventry University in the UK and has participated in multiple organizations, including the Scientific Council Member of the Maryland Academy of Sciences; American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE); American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC); American Water Works Association (AWWA); and Water Environment Federation (WEF); and served as Baltimore Post President, VP and Director, Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
