John Gerhard, Vice President, Program Manager
John Gerhard has built a strong record of leadership across Weston’s federal programs through his ability to align teams, set clear expectations, and drive consistent, high-quality project delivery. A key contributor to Weston’s growth, John has helped secure more than $1.2 billion in major contract wins since 2015. In addition to advancing complex federal programs, he is committed to mentoring team members and supporting their professional development, helping strengthen the next generation of leaders across the organization.
Danielle Reilly, Vice President, Sales & Growth Leader
Since joining Weston in 2025, Danielle Reilly has made strides in strengthening sales planning and forecasting, increased accountability, and elevated the firm’s market presence through targeted growth strategies. She has led private sector expansion efforts, supported the integration of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team, and contributed to new client growth. Danielle has also collaborated with internal teams to streamline proposal and contracting processes, improving efficiency and expanding client opportunities.
Eric Stahl, Vice President, Program Manager
Eric Stahl brings over 35 years of experience delivering solutions to complex environmental and infrastructure challenges across federal and commercial sectors. A key contributor to Weston’s strategic growth and expansion into emerging markets, he leads multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) accounts, including the Huntsville Center, Louisville District, and the recently established Caribbean District. He also supports Weston’s growth in the water/wastewater and energy markets through design-build and design-bid-build infrastructure, microgrid, and water resiliency projects. Beyond Weston, Eric serves as a Fellow in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), where he actively mentors industry professionals and supports the development of future leaders in the field.
