Jared Johnson has been with Weston since 2004, beginning his career as a junior engineer and progressing through roles of increasing responsibility to his current position as Vice President, Director of Engineering, Science, and Technology (ES&T). He brings more than 20 years of civil and environmental engineering experience and a proven ability to lead teams through complex technical and operational challenges. Prior to assuming his current role, Jared served as Federal West Operations Manager, where he strengthened multidisciplinary teams and improved collaboration across ES&T. In addition to his leadership responsibilities as Vice President, Jared continues to serve as Program Manager for the Navy Expeditionary Warfare Center Fuels Program, overseeing more than $200 million in active projects and delivering critical solutions worldwide. Throughout his career, he has supported major federal programs as an engineer, project manager, and program manager, earning a reputation for reliable execution and results. As a project manager, Jared delivered more than 75 projects exceeding $100 million, including a nationwide security upgrade for military recruiting centers, groundwater remediation of a chlorinated solvent plume, multiple fueling system upgrades, and upgrades to remote missile alert facilities. He also contributes to developing future leaders through Weston’s Project Manager in Training program and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.Â
