West Chester, PA (May 21, 2025)— Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston) is pleased to announce the selection of three Competency Directors to further enable our organization as we achieve new levels of growth. These roles will ensure we drive innovation and maintain the highest standards of excellence and optimal performance in our capture and delivery of future work. By blending technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic vision, these directors will work across the organization to leverage and grow our talent, oversee client delivery and align our teams with the strategic direction of these services. The following Competency Directors assumed their roles on May 1, 2025:
Director of Construction Services: Chris Henry, Senior Vice President, PMP®, CPCM
Chris brings over 30 years of experience to Weston. He oversees multiple programs for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District, managing contracts such as the Rapid Response Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste Contract and the Rapid Disaster Infrastructure Contract. Chris played a critical role in leading task orders under the Rapid Disaster Infrastructure Contract, including the design, construction, and operations of necessary power generation assets in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Fiona valued at over $1 billion. “I have been privileged to work on high-profile construction projects for Weston since 1990. Managing 17 programs for various Department of Defense clients, including USACE Omaha, has resulted in over 260 projects and $2.6 billion of work sales. These experiences have shaped my career and reinforced my commitment to excellence.”
Director of Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP): Meghan Larson, PMP®
With 18 years of environmental consulting experience, Meghan specializes in environmental compliance, natural resources permitting, NEPA processes, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammal Protection Act permitting and compliance for commercial and federal clients. “For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with exceptional EPP professionals on diverse award-winning projects. I am eager to leverage this experience to enhance our EPP team and sales, spotlighting and further leveraging our talented practitioners and robust expertise across the company. By upholding high-quality procedures and performance standards, we aim to grow Weston’s premier EPP consultancy.”
Director of Engineering Design: Adam Brown, P.E.
With over 20 years of design and engineering experience, Adam has provided civil soils/geotechnical engineering, investigation, planning, and design for various projects, including landfill closures and utility systems. He has also served as Field Engineer, Engineer of Record, and Design Quality Control Manager for dozens of design-build projects. “I am honored to be selected as the Director of the Engineering Design competency and excited to merge two decades of learning and best practices with tomorrow’s digital toolkits to further Weston’s engineering legacy and enable our business and teams to grow and effectively meet the needs of our clients. With a deep understanding of technical, organizational, and quality delivery dynamics and requirements, I am dedicated to bringing my expertise to this role.”
