Appointment reinforces leadership continuity as Kara Fields serves as President ahead of CEO transition in 2027
West Chester, PA (September 30, 2026) — Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston), a U.S.-based, 100% employee-owned environmental and infrastructure services firm, has announced the appointment of Greg Daloisio as Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1, 2026. This strategic move is part of Weston’s comprehensive succession plan and is intended to enhance operational leadership as Kara Fields will prepare to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer in January 2027.
In the COO role, Greg will be responsible for enterprise operations, project delivery, safety performance, and operational excellence across Weston’s service lines, partnering closely with Kara and the executive leadership team to advance the company’s strategic priorities and support client programs nationwide.

Joining Weston in 1990, Greg Daloisio has more than three decades of experience in project management, operations management, quality assurance, and risk management across environmental and construction programs in the federal sector. Most recently, Greg has served as Senior VP Federal East Regional Client Operations Director, where he led significant improvements in operational performance, team development, growth, and profitability across the Eastern U.S., supporting more than $2.7 billion in project delivery. Under his leadership, this region expanded strategic growth opportunities, enhanced organizational capability, and positioned the business for continued long-term success.
