Throughout her career, Tina has designed and led global compliance, risk, and crisis management programs supporting organizations across 15+ industries and 30 countries. She partners with EHS and operations leaders to translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable programs that help organizations strengthen audit readiness, reduce exposure, and improve safety performance. Her work has supported organizations ranging from small start-ups to multinational Fortune 50 companies, as well as public-sector clients, with programs reaching more than 500,000 employees annually.

Evan Addison is a Senior Project Scientist at Weston and an accomplished learning and development strategist with 10+ years of experience delivering high-impact training solutions for Fortune 100 companies and global organizations across dozens of industries.

Evan specializes in modern, learner-centered approaches that drive measurable behavior change, designing programs delivered at scale to millions of learners across five continents. Their training programs have driven measurable behavior change and business results across multiple modalities, including eLearning, instructor‑led training, and emerging technologies shaping the future of corporate learning.

Arielle Barr

Arielle Barr is a Senior Project Scientist at Weston, and a seasoned consultant specializing in training development and delivery. She has worked across 11+ industries, partnering with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies to design and implement training solutions that strengthen compliance, improve performance, and reduce organizational risk. Over the course of her career, Arielle has contributed to hundreds of training programs ranging from full end‑to‑end development to final technical and instructional review, resulting in learning experiences that have likely reached more than one million learners worldwide.
