The management plan will include precautions to ensure the project is designed and implemented with safety as the primary focus.

WESTON’s project team will be led by an experienced project manager and include professionals from the specialized disciplines of safety, risk assessment and management, remediation engineering, geophysics, cost/schedule control, high-hazard project management, quality, public relations, and high-hazard remediation. Our team structure and corporate philosophy ensures that you, our client, always have access to a single point of contact who has full accountability and authority for the duration of the project.

Our UXO-qualified personnel are certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to complete UXO work, and they have an average of more than 20 years of hands-on, high-hazard experience.
