Air Quality Permitting

WESTON has prepared, reviewed, and supported thousands of pre-construction and operating permit applications and exemption requests for every type of industry. This includes permit applications required under the Federal New Source Review (NSR)/Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) regulations as well as state and local regulations.

Our air quality team includes several former regulators who are intimately familiar with federal, state, and local air pollution regulations/policies, the permitting process, and reporting requirements.

Title V of the CAAA added new operating permit requirements for small and large emission sources. WESTON has prepared Title V operating permit applications for clients who want to ensure that their submittal is complete, accurate, timely, and allows the greatest degree of flexibility.
