Renovation
WESTON
has over 40 years of experience helping facility managers and owners
keep their infrastructure and property in sound condition.
Changing and expanding needs for space, upgraded
building codes, the need for increased security, accessibility
issues, and increased efficiency all drive the need to upgrade
and renovate.
Often, renovation of older facilities also
involves asbestos and lead paint abatements. With a sound history
of environmental remediation as well as traditional construction
and hands-on project management experience, WESTON is ideally suited
to providing an integrated, cost-efficient, and complete solution
for your renovations needs.
WESTON’s has helped renovate and restore assets ranging from electrical systems at airfields to power plants to office buildings, incorporating sustainable solutions throughout the project.
Project Examples:
WESTON preserved and modernized a historically
significant World War II-era chapel while remediating hazardous
materials. Restoring its original exterior appearance, WESTON also
modernized the 3,400-square-foot facility and significantly improved
energy efficiency.
The largest medical facility in the U.S.
Air Force was originally built in 1942, with additional wings and
floors added overtime. WESTON performed significant upgrades to
make the space and systems more suitable for modern needs, including
asbestos and lead-paint abatement, flooring replacement, utilities
replacement, sewer line repairs, and overall facility renovation.
