“On behalf of the Weston Board of Directors, I am pleased to welcome Alan back to the Company as President and CEO,” stated Mr. MacKenzie, who helped lead the new CEO search efforts. “Alan is a true leader whose 30-year background and personal experience with Weston combined to make him the clear choice to guide us into the future.”
Continued Mr. MacKenzie, “The Board would also like to extend its sincere gratitude to Bill Robertson who has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to Weston’s mission throughout the years. That commitment extends now into his new role as Board Chairman. We are thrilled to have him remain part of the Weston team and look forward to his continued insight and leadership.”
“I am honored to have been selected as the next President and CEO of Weston,” said Mr. Solow. “I look forward to working with the Board and our talented team as we create the next chapter for Weston. I am focused on our clients’ needs and committed to increasing value for our employees, our clients and our shareholders.”
