This contract is available to all federal agencies, as well as to State and Local Government entities including regional and Tribal Governments, local educational agencies, or institutions of higher learning. There is no restriction on the size of a task order or ceiling on the contract. Work ranges from programming, network management, and system development services to data conversion, CAD/CAM, and backup/security services. Benefits include:

• Contract is established with pre-negotiated and approved rates, terms, and conditions.

• Contract has a potential life of 20 years.

• Contracting can be done through client's own procurement office, offering them full control.

• Contracts can be awarded rapidly.

• Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) can be issued to accommodate recurring requirements.
