Small Business Program

Capability Requests 

WESTON is continuously seeking qualified Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and Veteran-Owned/Service-Disabled Small Businesses for subcontracting opportunities on projects involving regional and national work assignments. These are ID/IQ-type projects; need assessments will be reviewed upon receipt of contract delivery orders. Support requirements include but are not limited to the following disciplines:

  • Pollution Prevention

  • National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)

  • Environmental Compliance Activities

  • Environmental Engineering Services

  • Permitting

  • Construction Services

  • Remediation Services

  • Analytical Services

Prior Department of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency, and other appropriate federal agency experience is desired. Firms must be fully experienced and qualified to perform work under the aforementioned disciplines. Additionally, firms will be required to meet bonding, insurance, health and safety, and other requirements commensurate with specific project requirements.

Small Business Representations and Certifications
Firms certifying as Small Businesses must meet the criteria set forth by the Small Business Administration in accordance with 13CFR 121 and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) size standard. Additionally, firms representing themselves as certified HUBZone and/or Small Disadvantaged Businesses must be SBA-certified, and either be listed in the SBA's Pro-Net database or provide other evidence of SBA certification.

Qualified firms interested in being considered for future work opportunities are encouraged to download and complete the Subcontractor Qualification Questionnaire and return the form by e-mail attachment or regular mail along with SF330 (formerly SF254) and other capabilities literature.
