WESTON Hires Franklin C. VanDevander, Jr. as Panama City, FL Office Operations Manager

West Chester, PA , March 2, 2006 – Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON^®) announced today that Mr. Franklin C. VanDevander, Jr. has joined the Panama City, FL office as Operations Manager. A retired U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer, Mr. VanDevander will support the growth of the Company’s Air Force business team as they position for work associated with base sustainment, restoration and modernization (S/R&M), architectural-engineering and construction projects.

Mr. VanDevander has over 23 years of practical, hands-on experience in the Air Force, most recently as an Air Force Career Field Manager and Master Instructor at AFCESA.
