Sullivan-WESTON Services Awarded ECOS09 by US Air Force

SAN DIEGO, CA — April 5, 2010 – San Diego headquartered Sullivan International Group, Inc. (SULLIVAN), managing partner in Sullivan-Weston Services Joint Venture (JV), announced today award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE), Brooks City Base, TX. AFCEE awarded ten contracts to small businesses worth up to $350 million over a 5-year ordering period.

The Environmental, Construction and Operations & Services 2009 (ECOS09) contract vehicle includes construction, repair, and demolition work for both traditional and environmental projects in support of AFCEE’s worldwide mission. It will also provide operations and services for environmental conservation, compliance, pollution prevention and clean-up activities, and will include ordnance removal and disposal, and energy management.

Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON^®) and SULLIVAN entered into a Mentor-Protégé relationship under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program in October 2008. This win represents the first prime contract award for the JV as part of the Mentor-Protégé relationship.
