WESTON Awarded Contract Under $4 Billion SATOC Program

SAN ANTONIO, TX — May 15, 2008 – Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON^®) has been named a contractor under the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency (AFCESA) $4 billion dollar Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (S/R&M) Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC). Work under SATOC will be awarded to multiple contractors through a task order system over a 5-year period, plus five one-year renewal options.

The SATOC program will focus on projects to maintain, repair, and modernize existing military facilities. Scopes of work under this contract will include: S/R&M work, facility renovations, infrastructure repairs and construction, demolition, traditional construction, engineering services, fuels and maintenance. Under the SATOC, WESTON will provide construction services at DoD installations worldwide, including remote, austere, and hostile locations.
