Kathleen A. McGinty Elected to WESTON Board of Directors
WEST CHESTER, PA — May 28,
2009 – Weston
Solutions, Inc. (WESTON®) announced that Kathleen A. McGinty was elected to the Board of Directors of its parent company, Weston Solutions Holdings, Inc.
Ms. McGinty is currently an Operating Partner of Element Partners; a partner in Peregrine Technology Partners, LLC; and a Director of NRG Energy, Inc. She served as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection from January 2003 to July 2008.

Ms. McGinty was Vice President for Asset Management at Natsource, LLC from May 2001 to January 2003. She was a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Tata Energy Research Institute in India in 1999 and served as Chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality from 1993 to 1998. Ms. McGinty also serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Josephs University.
WESTON also announced that the following individuals were re-elected to its Board: Thomas W. Hoog, former CEO of Hill & Knowlton USA; George MacKenzie, non-executive Chairman of the Board of American Water Works Company, Inc. and former Chief Financial Officer of Hercules, Inc.; Anthony A. Williams, Director of State and Local Practice at Arent Fox LLP and former Mayor of the District of Columbia; Patrick G. McCann, President and CEO of WESTON; Vincent A. Laino, Jr., Chief Information and Financial Officer of WESTON; and William L. Robertson, former CEO of WESTON.
