WESTON Contributes Mountain Bikes in Support of Leesburg Police Department Community Outreach Programs

LEESBURG, VA — June 27, 2007 – Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON®) a leading environmental, redevelopment and construction firm, is working with the Leesburg Police Department in support of their community outreach programs. WESTON will provide 13 bicycles, helmets and bike locks to the Leesburg Police Department for use in their National Night Out, Kids Smart, Junior Police Camp and Shop with a Cop programs.

Teams of WESTON employees will assemble the mountain bikes purchased from Bicycle Outfitters of Leesburg, as part of a teambuilding activity at their Annual Leadership Meeting held at Lansdowne Resort. Once completed, Bicycle Outfitters will perform a standard final quality check. The bikes will then be used by the Department in conjunction with the 24th Annual National Night Out to be held August 7, 2007, and other events throughout the year.

The Leesburg Police Department and WESTON share a commitment to providing tangible benefits to the communities where they live and work. Core values including integrity, teamwork and safety are a common denominator. The donation of the mountain bikes will make a difference to those in need and at the same time afford an opportunity for developing positive police-community relationships.
