WESTON Names Peter Ceribelli Chief Operating Officer

WEST CHESTER, PA — November 23, 2009 – Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON^®), a leading environmental, redevelopment, and construction company, today announced the appointment of Peter A. Ceribelli as Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Ceribelli joined WESTON in 1983, taking on a progression of challenging operational and financial roles. Throughout his career, he has been active in the marketplace and successful in developing new business. In 2003 Mr. Ceribelli was promoted to Senior Vice President for WESTON’s global efforts and its Service Line Division, championing WESTON’s evolution as a premier provider of sustainability solutions. Mr. Ceribelli has been instrumental in the growth of the company’s successful property redevelopment business, along with global expansion into India, Europe and China. As COO, he will be responsible for WESTON’s operations worldwide, drawing on his solid foundation of operations management and business development experience.

Mr. Ceribelli is a graduate of West Chester University and serves on the board of directors of the National Brownfields Association. He is also an active member in several professional organizations, including the Association of Defense Communities and The Society of American Military Engineers.
