Rayomand Bhumgara Joins WESTON as Commercial Real Estate Manager

WEST CHESTER, PA — February 20, 2008 – Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON^®) today announced the hiring of Rayomand (Rayo) Bhumgara as Manager of its Commercial Real Estate (CRE) practice. He will focus on acquisition and redevelopment of environmentally impaired properties and leverage WESTON’s integrated platform for delivering sustainable solutions to clients world-wide.

John Walker, Vice President of WESTON’s Real Estate Solutions service line stated, “Rayo’s experience and knowledge of the Brownfield industry will help WESTON enter new markets both in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Bhumgara has 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting and real estate transaction/development business. As Vice President of a national firm he was responsible for developing a branding/marketing strategy as well as developing opportunities for acquisition of environmentally impaired properties.

For another national firm he served as Vice President, Regional Manager in their environmental practice. He also served as a Principal of their environmental liability transfer company; Regional Program Manager on Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contracts for remedial activity oversight at Department of Defense (DOD) installations; National Practice Leader for DOD/Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) market development; and Principal Client Manager for numerous real estate development projects involving transformation of industrial properties for residential, retail, office, and mixed-use development.
