WESTON Awarded Worldwide Air Force Heavy Engineering Repair and Construction Contract

West Chester, PA , April 25, 2006 – Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON^®), announced today the award of a Worldwide Heavy Engineering Repair and Construction (HERC) contract by the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE), Brooks AFB, TX. WESTON is one of 20 companies selected under this multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) program, which has a potential shared contract and options value of up to $15 billion.

The ID/IQ contract has a five-year basic ordering period plus up to three additional one-year options and an additional three years to complete performance. WESTON will offer a full range of methods and technologies to support construction and engineering activities. These may include design, construction, demolition, repair, and emergency response tasks for fuels, military construction (MILCON), and community development projects, and emerging requirements, such as homeland security, force protection, and military family housing projects.
