Joseph E. Sensebe Joins Weston Solutions, Inc. as Client Service Manager

HOUSTON, Tx. - October 8, 2002 - WESTON, announced today that Joseph E. Sensebe, P.E. has joined WESTON as a Client Service Manager in the Southern Division, working from New Orleans and Baton Rouge, LA.

Mr. Sensebe has a combined 14 years of project and construction experience with the Washington Group and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) that will assist WESTON in providing the best value and comprehensive solutions to its clients in the south.

His background and experience with both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Corps will enhance our ability to provide integrated solutions to our Gulf Coast clients," said WESTON Vice President, Donald R. Mr. Sensebe was previously with Washington Group International, DoD Operations, as the Denver Executive Program Manager, responsible for management of a $300 million life-cycle engineering, procurement and construction program. Coupled with 10 years of Corps construction and project management experience, Mr. Sensebe is uniquely qualified to solve our client's toughest challenges in a safe, efficient and profitable manner.

Mr. Sensebe is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi and is a licensed commercial contractor in the state of Louisiana.
