WESTON Employees Assume Key Roles in SAME

WEST CHESTER, Pa. – June 10, 2003 –Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON) announced today that Eric D. Stahl, P.E. has been elected to serve as President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Philadelphia Post for a one-year term from May 2003 through May of 2004. Retired Lieutenant Colonel Scott Prosuch has been selected to serve a two-year term as the Regional Vice President of the SAME Rocky Mountain Region covering CO, WY, NM, AZ and UT.

Mr. Stahl, a 16-year veteran Client Service Manager with WESTON, has been active in the Philadelphia Post since 1993. He has served on the Board of Directors and the Scholarship Committee as Co-Chairman for the past four years.

Mr. Prosuch joined WESTON in August of 2002 as a lead DoD Client Service Manager in the Midwest. Prior to joining WESTON, Mr. Prosuch served 23 years as a military officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers. In addition to his term as Regional Vice President, he currently serves as the National SAME Engineering and Construction Camp Coordinator--a “hands-on” US Air Force Academy engineering camp for 60 select high school students from around the world. He is a past Post President of the Pikes Peak Post and has served on the Education, Environmental and UXO Committees. Scott was also recently selected as a Fellow in the SAME Academy of Fellows and will be invested in the fall of 2003.

Tim Sanford, retired Army Corps of Engineers Colonel, distinguished SAME Fellow, and currently WESTON’s Army Business Development Manager, offered the following comments, “The nomination and election of both Eric and Scott to these prominent positions says a great deal about the respect that SAME and its membership have for them. Currently, WESTON is actively supporting the planning phase for hosting the National SAME Conference to be held in Philadelphia in 2007.

Laino, Jr., WESTON CFO and CIO serves as the National Treasurer.
