WESTON Wins Multi-Million Dollar Air Force A&E Contract

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - January 13, 2003 - Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON) has been selected by the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) at Brooks AFB, Texas, to share in the $1.1 billion 4P – Architecture & Engineering (A&E) services contract.

Under the multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract estimated at $55 million by the government, WESTON will support the ongoing efforts the Air Force has made in the environmental sector and its multi-billion dollar initiative to upgrade and modernize the infrastructure at active military installations worldwide. The A&E contract will have an ordering period of five years with two-year extensions.

WESTON will provide a variety of services under the contract, including environmental restoration, conservation, planning, compliance and pollution prevention. Additionally, the A&E services will include new areas such as fuels work, force protection, information technology, range management, housing privatization, military family housing and Military Construction.
