WESTON Featured as “The People-Person Company” in Construction Today Magazine

In its Fall 2003 issue, Construction Today magazine featured WESTON as a people-oriented company capable of maintaining highly-engaged relationships with clients and partners while at the same time succeeding in the competitive environmental business market.

WESTON’s President and CEO Pat McCann responded to the designation by reiterating some company values that WESTON employees are already well-aware of. He said he believes a strong work force brings a cycle of benefits to the company. “We’re a relationship-based company. We invest a lot in our people.” he said. McCann added, “The better people WESTON has, the stronger the client relationships are, which means attracting the best employees. It goes around and around.”
