EnviroNews Publishes Restorative Remediation Article by WESTON’s Andrew Harris

In its November/December 2003 issue, EnviroNews, an online resource for news and information about the environmental industry, published an article by WESTON® employee-owner Andrew Harris.  Mr. Harris brings a wealth of knowledge to subjects relating to the environmental industry.  He has over 8 years of experience providing environmental project oversight, technical analysis, and solutions related to environmental compliance and contamination assessment and remediation.  The article, entitled “Restorative Remediation: Explore how your remediation project interacts with the built and natural environment,” discussed the recent evolution of environmental remediation focuses and goals, and the ways it will change our environment.

Mr. Harris explained the remediation views of the past: simply to remove the environmental risks to humans from the site, and the new goals of the present: to remove the risks and to enhance the site’s environmental value
