Employee Ownership Team

WESTON’s Employee Ownership Team (EOT) was developed to “Promote and sustain an employee-ownership culture through visibility, communication, and education” for all WESTON employee-owners.

WESTON’s EOT is composed of 13 employee-owners representing offices across the country with a range of experience, years of service, age and gender. It:

  • Responds to employee questions through a quarterly employee newsletter and a continuously updated intranet site.

  • Provides feedback to management.

  • Publicizes and promotes shared investment achievements.

  • Explains annual stock evaluation and implications for employees.

  • Develops online courses to teach new employees about the company and how employee ownership works.

WESTON is also a member of the Pennsylvania/Delaware chapter of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Association. In June 2003, WESTON was selected as the ESOP Association Company of the Year for the Pennsylvania/Delaware chapter.
