Military Service

WESTON employee-owners serve the United States in all branches of the military, including the Reserves and the National Guard.

Having spent several months on deployment in Iraq, WESTON’s Tim Vidra says, “As a Major in the US Army Reserve, I am privileged to have had the honor to lead soldiers in combat in Iraq. Serving has allowed me to continue to contribute to the country in a vital and meaningful way. My service in the military has given me extraordinary leadership experience, a strong work ethic, a commitment to do what is right. I bring these traits with me to work at WESTON.”

Larry Werts III says, “At no other time in history has the Reserve Forces been asked to do so much for its Nation. From two on-going conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan to the natural disasters, the Reserves have been challenged to meet the need. It is a good feeling to be part of the Military at this time in our history.”
